Refund Manifest
1. General Policy: At AetherScaleSystems, we strive for complete client satisfaction. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the project stage and work completed.
2. Pre-Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days.
3. In-Progress Projects: If a project is cancelled during execution, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the point of cancellation, calculated as a percentage of the total project fee based on predefined milestones.
4. Completed Deliverables: Once a deliverable has been approved and handed over, refunds are generally not available. In the event of a technical failure on our part, we will prioritize a fix or re-delivery before considering a partial refund.
5. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding refunds should be directed to [email protected]. We aim to resolve all issues amicably and in accordance with Spanish consumer protection laws.
Terms Kernel
1. Service Scope: AetherScaleSystems provides digital design, development, and consulting services as defined in individual project proposals. Any changes to the scope must be documented and approved in writing.
2. Payment Terms: Invoices are issued according to the agreed-upon milestone schedule. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with applicable law.
3. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the final deliverables are transferred to the client. AetherScaleSystems retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
4. Limitation of Liability: AetherScaleSystems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
5. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia.
